Current Payment Status

Paddle checkout activation is in progress for smartformus.com. Until approval and final integration are complete, no live customer payment is collected through this site.

Paid Orders

When Paddle checkout is live, refund eligibility will depend on whether the AI review, admin review, and document package generation have already been delivered. Government filing fees, postage, and third-party fees are separate and are not controlled by SmartFormUS.com.

Request Process

Refund requests should be sent to team@smartformus.com with the dashboard token, email address, order reference, and a short explanation.
